Appointments
Appointments are preferred on weekdays, however we try to accomodate walk-ins, and emergencies are always accepted.
Saturday hours are on a walk-in basis only.
Patient Arrival
For your comfort and your pet's protection, please keep your dog leashed and your cat in a protective carrier.
Please let us know upon arrival the nature of your pet's illness, so that an assessment may be made as to whether he/she needs to be placed immediately in an exam room. This facilitates treatment as well as minimizes the risk that sick pets will infect others.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
